Dr. Ning Wang is a Professor of Bioengineering and Director of the Institute for Mechanobiology at Northeastern University. He earned his Sc.D. in Physiology from Harvard University. A pioneer in cellular and molecular mechanobiology, he is a Fellow of the American Physiological Society (APS) and the American Society for Cell Biology (ASCB). His research focuses on mechanotransduction, cell mechanics, stem cell and cancer mechanobiology, with groundbreaking work published in Science and top journals.
