I. Registration Fees

* Student delegates must provide valid proof of student status during registration.

II. Registration Benefits

All registered delegates are entitled to:

• (1) Scientific Sessions: Admission to all Keynote Speeches, Parallel Sessions, and Poster Exhibitions.
• (2) Conference Materials: A delegate kit including the Final Program, and conference souvenirs.
• (3) Catering: Coffee breaks, lunches during the conference (July 31–Aug 2).
• (4) Certification: An official Certificate of Attendance issued by the Organizing Committee.

III. Payment Methods

• (1) Online Payment: Supports WeChat Pay（微信）, Alipay（支付宝）, and international credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
• (2) Bank Transfer: Please include the note "Med-X2026 IC + Your Full Name" during the transaction.

• (3) On-site Registration: Payment via Credit Card is available at the registration desk (Note: On-site availability of conference kits is not guaranteed).
• (4) Payment Reminder:For payments made with international credit/debit cards, please enter the registration fee in CNY (RMB). The charged amount will be automatically converted into your card’s billing currency by your bank or card issuer according to the prevailing exchange rate.

IV. Registration Procedures

1. Online Form: Click the "Registration" button and fill in your personal and institutional details.
2. Select Category: Choose the appropriate registration tier based on your status.
3. Complete Payment: Select your preferred payment method and finalize the transaction.

V. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Secretariat.

• Before June 30, 2026: 100% refund.
• July 1 – July 15, 2026: 50% refund.
• After July 15, 2026: No refund.
